Lindsie Chrisley doesn’t share the best equation with her dad, Todd, and stepmom, Julie. Both of them are currently behind bars. Lindsie recently appeared on a podcast episode of “Southern Tea.” There, she revealed a lot of things about her equation with her parents. She also revealed when she would visit them in prison. The answer was not something people expected. Todd and Julie are in jail for tax fraud. They tried to defend themselves for a long time, but later, there was enough evidence against them to give them a long prison sentence.
Their daughter, Savannah, is trying her best to get her parents out of jail. She regularly shares their updates. Moreover, their son Chase shared that Julie and Todd are innocent. Their business partner did all the scams and framed them. Lindsie has a great relationship with her grandmother but not with her dad. They tried to work on their equation, but nothing worked. Lindsie revealed that her sister did not want her and her family to be present at the hearing. If they did, it would have been an issue, and they would been asked to leave. Lindsie shared that she wasn’t in touch with Savannah. The latter accepted that she asked Lindsie to stay away. She further added that her parents wanted it, and Todd didn’t care to have a relationship with her.

Lindsie, at the moment, is not on good terms with her dad, Todd Chrisley, or even his wife, Julie. In the podcast, the former Chrisley Knows Best starred shared that she had never visited Julie in prison. Coming to her father, she initially visited him, but now, for several months, she has not. She also revealed that she last visited her dad at the beginning of last year.
Lindsie further added that she doesn’t even remember when she last met him. It has been years. She explained that initially, she used to go to meet him with her grandmother, Nanny Faye Chrisley. It was a more comfortable situation for both of them. They used to stay in the hotel together. She cleared the air, stating that she now had no contact with her dad. She has not seen him in quite some time.
Lindsie further added, “That’s all I’m going to say for that.” She also openly admitted she has “never been to” her stepmother’s prison. In a previous podcast, Lindsie shared that there were rumors that Julie did not want to see her in prison. All the speculations are untrue. She had a chat with them over email.
Julie replied to the mail very late. That was not the case with Todd. He replied to the email within two hours, so it was easy talking to him. The couple was first sentenced to 12 years in prison. Later, two years were reduced. They still want the government to pardon them. Lindsie does not have a good equation with them from the start. The arrest just added more to the fire.
