Chrisley Knows Best alum just escalated her fight for freedom by boldly pushing for a new judge for her case. She won’t give up anytime soon to free herself from her cage. With Todd, she is serving jail sentences in their respective federal prison for bank fraud and tax evasion starting in 2022.
While Todd is in a Pensacola jail, Julie lives in a Kentucky prison. Their daughter, Savannah, is still battling against U.S. law to reduce their 19 years of incarceration, especially Julie. Last year, Julie’s resentencing hearing was upheld. Instead of pardoning her crimes with a reduction, the judge added two years to her probation time.

Chrisley Knows Best: Julie’s Unfair Treatment In Prison Tears Up Savannah!
Savannah Chrisley can’t unhear the things she learned from her mom, Julie, about her poor condition in her prison cell. Last year, she took to Instagram to reveal her parents’ current situation. An outspoken Savannah talked about how Julie’s bars don’t have proper air conditioning, calling them “inhumane conditions.” Moreover, it had been several months since Todd and Julie had spoken a word to each other.
On an episode of the Unlocked podcast, Savannah added that rattlesnakes are everywhere on the floor, slithering in front of Julie. Hearing this, Chase clarified that those are fatal snakes, not rattlesnakes that move around Julie’s bed. Savannah also pointed out how Todd and Julie are almost dying in 100 degrees of extreme summer and winter.
Chrisley Knows Best: Julie Seeks Overturn Of Her Prison Sentence In New Court Filing!
Julie Chrisley recently aimed to have her conviction undone again after asking for a new judge. On Friday, March 14, she gave a new response through her lawyer against her September resentencing. Back then, she hoped either the judge or Trump would release her early. The filing happened after the federal prosecutors called the judge for a plain error.
The prosecutors who studied Julie’s case blamed the judge for adding two years to her suspended prison sentence since she was resentenced. Due to this, Julie might not want to have the same judge for another time. She might be thinking she has been looked down upon too many times.
Thus, Julie wishes for fresh eyes to hear her case and plead. During September’s resentencing, Savannah was in shock as to why the judge suddenly added two extra years to her mama’s jail time. It seems the family is done with the judge, who might dislike the Chrisleys in some way or the other.
Julie’s new two requests were compulsory to the legal fight for justice. In the meantime, Savannah went to the White House to try for another time to get her parents’ forgiveness. While she is receiving support from many fans, some have turned their back on the family because they think they are scammers. For the latest Julie updates, keep coming back to TV Season & Spoilers.
