After dating for two years, Baylen and Colin are now engaged. Fans have already begun to be curious when the duo are tying the knot. For them, their match is made in heaven. Baylen Out Loud: Baylen Says Colin Researched About Tics & Tourette Before Their First Date!
Baylen Dupree and Colin Dooley went on their first date in November 2022 after liking one another’s profiles on a dating app. The TikTok sensation said that she had mentioned Tourette syndrome on her account. However, Colin confessed that he had no idea whether she was even severe. Luckily, he researched a bit online to get a better idea of what it is.
“I didn’t actually know if she was telling the truth or not,” Colin replied. He said he had experienced a lot of people making different types of jokes at that time. Baylen loved his honesty and expressed interest in learning more about her condition. In the premiere episode that aired in January, she appreciated Colin and her parents for trying to gain knowledge about Tourette, and so was she.
Baylen Out Loud: What Exactly Is Colin’s Job?
Colin Dooley enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in December 2020. He eventually started his job as a body bearer in the Honor Guard. His role is to take part in funerals held by the Air Force and carry coffins and other remains of deceased servicemen. He transports them, their families, and national leaders to Arlington Cemetery.
In the fifth episode of Baylen Out Loud, Colin revealed that two and a half years had passed since he took the oath in the Air Force. He told this little yet big detail to Baylen’s father, Allen, when he questioned him about his future plans with his daughter. He told him that he was planning to relocate with her to another place back then.
Colin firmly responded to Allen that he wasn’t in a position to make any decision. He didn’t have a clue about his relocation site. What the next four years hold for him seemed like something from a far distance that people might expect him to have. With him and Baylen getting engaged in February, he has indeed taken a big step in their relationship.
As Colin and Baylen’s engagement will air in an upcoming episode of the series, the latter is documenting her odd sounds and uncontrollable tics. She sometimes also starts to have tremendous outbursts, causing her to suffer seizures. The condition messes up her living, but Colin has become her backbone.
