Alaskan Bush People: Brown Family’s Total Earning Revealed From The Show!
Ami and Billy Brown showcased their family’s adventures in the wild for several years on the show. They offered back-to-back scandals, wild adventures, and unlimited family drama on their family show. However, the Discovery Plus family is currently busy dealing with a $500K lawsuit. It all started when the late Billy Brown’s partner, Robert Maughon, sued his estate, Alaskan Wilderness Family Productions, just a few months after his death.

He sued him for not paying him 10% of his income as per his contract and demanded a $500k penalty and trial. Recently, The US Sun revealed the Alaskan Bush People family’s salaries exposed during the legal battle. After making Ami the defendant, Robert demanded the disclosure of the Brown family’s income and contract with the network.
As per the court records, “based upon media reports, Billy Bryan Brown was earning Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) per episode on the show.” Ami told the court that the network wasn’t paying the cast members separately. She refused to reveal their income and challenged his request. However, the Washington court denied her request and ruled in favor of Robert.
The judges asked Ami to produce the family’s income through the network and other creative copies. Moreover, Billy’s partner dragged Discovery Plus into the lawsuit. Ami filed a motion to dismiss his request in February 2025 and attended a settlement conference in April. Stay tuned to TV Season & Spoilers for more updates on the Brown family’s legal battle.
