The 34-year-old 90 Days Fiance star is finally free with the burden. Her estranged husband, Jay Smith, has signed the divorce papers after three filings. Ashley filed the divorce for the first time in January 2019, the second one in April 2019, and the final one in November 2020. The divorce was legalized on March 11, 2021, after Jay Smith signed the paper. Although the couple got back together just after a few days of the breakup.
Ashley and Jay featured in 90 Days Fiance Season 6. Martson was in Jamaica for a wedding. There both met for the first time in a nightclub. Jay proposed Ashley six months later their first meeting.
