90 Day Fiance: Geoffrey Paschel A Felon For Kidnapping And Domestic Assault! Senteced For 18 Years
As mentioned above, 90 Day Fiance star Geoffrey was found guilty of serious crimes. This includes “kidnapping” of the aggravated kind, emergency call “interference”, and also “domestic assault”. As per People, a unit of domestic violence prosecutors from DA Charme Allen became part of the case. Initially, a 2-day trial took place for these charges in October 2021. Moreover, according to the Knox County team, Paschel’s ex-fiancee was a victim of these offenses. Unfortunately, they took place in July 2019.
Moreover, Judge Kyle Hixson was the one who gave his verdict on the case that led to an 18-year sentence. Furthermore, the felon also stands no chance of parole during this time period. Not only did the defendant assault the plaintiff, but he was also in refusal to let her leave his premises. Although the sentencing happened on February 3 this year, the conviction of the said crimes took place in October 2021 during a trial. As per the DA, past crimes of the former cast member led to imprisonment. Additionally, this includes two drug trafficking charges, possession of “controlled substance” with intent to sell.

In July 2019, Knock County Sheriff ended up receiving a call for “domestic disturbances”. Moreso, the call was from the Rocky Hill area of the Knoxville region in Tenessee. Unluckily, the victim came clear about her assault when the police took a trip to the said location. As per her, the abuser kept grabbing her by the neck as he slammed her against a wall. This happened numerous times. Apart from this, he also dragged his ex and threw her on the ground.
That’s not all. The now criminal confiscated the victim’s phone and didn’t let her leave his residence. Fortunately, she could escape the premises once he fell asleep. As per the officers, the woman was in a terrible state. That’s because of multiple injuries. This includes a big bruise on the forehead, some on the arms, back, and also the inside of her lip. During his trial in October 2021, the accused gave the statement that the victim got these wounds by “self-infliction”. Nevertheless, he was proven guilty of these charges.
