90 Day Fiance: Tigerlily Accused Of Using Money From Grandfather’s Trust Without Permission!

90 Day Fiance star Tigerlily Taylor has applied to become her grandma’s permanent guardian in June 2022. She also asked for a restraining order for her from the court against her uncle. The TLC received temporary custody of her grandma. Tigerlily even accused her uncle, Takahito Moss, of not providing the benefits for her grandma’s health, medical care, and related emergencies.

However, Takahito filed a response in court, stating that Taylor and her mother still owe her grandpa’s trust more than $340,000. As per Starcasm, her mother admitted transferring funds from Gary Moss’s trust into her daughter’s account. She claimed to use the funds for attorney’s fees for the Florida lawsuit. Hence, Takahito filed an objection to Tigerlily’s guardianship petition.

He asked the court to assign a third person as her guardian who can manage her grandma’s trust. Tigerlily’s mom admitted using $200,000 of the trust’s fund for attorney fees. They also failed to become her legal guardian. Moreover, the court ordered both of them to produce original documents to prove that her uncle forged the trust’s document.

Tigerlily’s uncle also showed some emails from her grandfather, in which he discussed taking away the trust’s control from his granddaughter.
