In the couple’s storyline in Season 3, Sumit’s family astrologer became everyone’s favorite. That’s because he called out the family’s toxic behavior towards Jenny. He emphasized that they are being too overbearing and poking their nose in every little thing. The duo’s marriage life is none of their business. Nothing apart from their blessings is required for their relationship to progress. Fans appreciated ‘Khalid,’ the astrologer, for becoming their voice and setting the record straight with the intruding family.
In the new episode clip, Sumit and Jenny went to the astrologer again after convincing the former’s parents. In it, the beloved cast member greeted them both warmly and began looking at their birth chart for an ideal wedding date. He also explained his procedure in brief and mentioned using astrology’s “lunar system”. Finally, he gave the couple a greenlight and said “auspicious” time would start after nine days. Hence, the couple can tie the knot anytime after that.
He advised the couple to have a simple court marriage with no ceremonies. The astrologer explained that the couple need not have festivities and celebrations attached to the event. Sumit has previously gone through a divorce. Mentioning that Khalid said it would be better if “they keep it to themselves”. Jenny expressed joy and “relief” at this great news. On the other hand, Sumit said, “everything is happening very quickly”.
