In the newest episode, Rob is ‘finally’ making a compromise for Sophie. He is ready to meet her male best friend. The star was worried about his fiancé having a male bestie, worrying there might be feelings involved. Sophie had been adamant that that wasn’t the case. But Rob caught her lying!
90 Day Fiance: Was Sophie Lying To Rob?
Sophie had come out as a bisexual on season 10 of 90 Day Fiance. Rob has been insecure about their relationship since then. He believed Sophie might leave him for a better girl/guy, any chance she gets. Despite the reservations, the pair still got married and are now on Happily Ever After.
When Sophie asks Rob to meet her male best friend, Callum, Rob got worried. He didn’t like that she had a male bestie, but he agreed to meet him regardless. In the Sunday episode, Sophie told her friends about her and Rob’s ‘dysfunctional’ relationship. She then said they also had a sweet date. The star also invited Rob to the party, which was the same party that Callum would later join.
Sophie told Rob about Callum’s fickle dating history with “a new girlfriend every month.” The star was adamant that the latter wasn’t here to meet her. He was coming to the US on a leisure trip. But when Sophie’s girlfriends asked her if Callum had a crush on her, the star blushed but didn’t answer. Rob, on the other hand, met Callum, to appease Sophie.
Even though Sophie’s friends had grilled Rob about how he treated her, Rob just worried about Callum. This was because his past girlfriends had left him for their guy friends. When Callum arrived at the party, Rob was immediately defensive. He said Callum looked like “a hot dude.” According to Rob, Sophie’s friends looked “smug,” and Callum was “a snake.”
Further, at the party, Rob learns that Sophie has lied to him. It turns out that the 90 Day Fiance star had dated Callum once, though Sophie never considered Callum an ex. She was anxious about how Rob would react. The latter just said Sophie had “lied to” him.

Before Rob met Callum, he had some reservations about Sophie having a male best friend. The 90 Day Finace star revealed that his past girlfriends had left him for their guy friends. It had “f*cked” him up.
Sophie told Rob his girlfriends were wrong and she wasn’t like them. The latter called it “life,” saying that is what happens. But the former denied it. However, after some ‘coaxing’ from Sophie’s friends, Rob got ready to meet Callum.
