However, the couple recently shocked the entire fanbase when Karine accused Paul of domestic and sexual abuse. Things got pretty serious after she made the allegations.
However, it finally turns out that all of the allegations were fake. In fact, it was Karine who came up and revealed the truth and apologized to her Staehle. In a story, he exposes that Karine’s translator (who she lived with) was not a certified translator but a Brazilian K-1 immigrant. He blatantly alleges that she forced Karine to have an abortion and place abuse violations on him. Moreover, Staehle went ahead to mention that the translator was a 90 Day Fiance superfan.
According to Paul’s allegations, the translator was planning to attempt his murder and ‘permanently’ get rid of him. After Karine got to know her plan, she left the house and returned to her husband with no Sim card on her phone. On the other hand, the ‘superfan’ hired a Brazilian lawyer to falsely accuse the 90 Day Fiance star of domestic abuse and forceful sex. However, Martins handled the situation in time and convinced the police that the allegations were fake.

Most importantly, he mentions in capital letters that “Karine was against the false allegations and the murder plot.” In fact, he says that she was in a dark place at that time, and Martins’ family supported her during that time. Paul also thanks them for saving him from arrest. The TV celeb says that he doesn’t feel safe in returning to the US again.
