Things haven’t been looking up for 90 Day Fiance alum Geoffrey Paschel. All the charges against him for kidnapping and assault of his ex-fiancée were found to be true. 90 Day Fiancé: Varya Wants Geoffrey To Clear His Name
Geoffrey’s current love interest, Varya Malina shared a montage of videos on her Instagram featuring the couple having a gala time. In fact, she talked about their relationship while stating, “For the past 2.5 years, we have had so many ups and downs”. She emphasized by saying, “In our relationship, there were times of love and disappointment, cowardice and heroism, betrayal and forgiveness”. However, she revealed, “But there wasn’t ever a place for indifference”.
She then urged their well-wishers and supporters to “unite” and raise funds to “clear Geoffrey’s name”. Below the video, she also included links to various payment service apps. Varya’s friend and fellow star of the series Natalie also showed her support towards the matter by commenting, “👏😍🔥❤️love you Guys!” Moreover, she has previously shared some social media stories and posts in support of the convicted star.
Geoffrey’s son Dakota has had a similar reaction to the alarming matter. He made a post on behalf of his father on his Instagram. He called Geoffrey an “amazing guy” while writing, “He is always helping make this world a better place, and I have never met a person that works as hard as he does”. Dakota continued that his father “doesn’t deserve this”. Moreover, the charges have left their entire family feeling “devastated, heartbroken, and overwhelmed”.
90 Day Fiancé: Geoffrey Denies The Current Charges Against Him
No doubt, Geoffrey is one of the most controversial celebrities yet from the 90 Day Fiancé series. Since he has been convicted for his recent crimes, viewers of the show have appealed to TLC to fire him. However, after a two-day trial, Geoffrey was found guilty of charges like kidnapping and domestic assault. It turns out that the reality show star testified that all the injuries on his ex-fiancé were self-inflicted. He is to be sentenced on 3 December.
The 42-year-old has also done time in prison owing to federal drug trafficking. Earlier Geoffrey has had charges against him from Texas and Tennessee for not only drug possession but also drug trafficking. With no chances of parole, Geoffrey will most likely be facing a prison sentence worth 12-20 years. Viewers of the show have also been consistent regarding expressing disapproval over TLC deciding not to fire him from the show after his appearance in 2020. However, the channel chose not to include him for the ‘tell-all special’ for the series.
