Mike Eloshway came off as a simple American man when he made his debut on 90 Day Fiance. At first, his relationship with his wife, Aziza, was a bit hard to digest for viewers. However, Eloshway is in trouble with the law over a heinous crime. As per the reports, he is in trouble for possessing child porn content. Mike has two charges under his name, i.e., receiving and possessing CSAM, i.e., Child Sexual Abuse Material. Following this, he had a hearing scheduled for June 28.
As per Starcasm, Mile Eloshway faced Arraignment in a court in Ohio. Following this, he was released on bond. However, it happened with a lot of restrictions. Records say that the ex 90 Day Fiance star must be in “home detention,” avoid being in “contact with minors,” and have “restricted access to the internet.” As Eloshway immediately posted the bond, he was released on the same day. It was set at $20,000. There have been no official statements from him or his wife. In fact, Mike and Aziza are refraining from using social media. The former has also deactivated his account to avoid the public eye.

As per the federal indictment, lots of details came out regarding Mike Eloshway’s child porn charges. He had been in possession of such disturning content from February 2022 to March 2023. The grand jury found the TV celebrity to have a black HP desktop with the clips. Seemingly, a clip in it was of a child as young as 12 years old! So, it violated Title 18, United States Code, Section 2252A(a)(5)(B). The grand jury also stated that the ex 90 Day Fiance star Mike Eloshway possessed such a thing “knowingly.”
Now, the U.S. Pretrial Service is at liberty to conduct searches on its devices anytime and anywhere, and they will be “unannounced.” This also includes copying and retrieving all the contents from the defendant’s hardware to conduct a more “thorough inspection.” As per the report, Mike Eloshway has consented to all these conditions.
