As per, Starcasm, the place was in the middle of “foreclosure proceedings” earlier. Apparently, the American man made a down payment of $250,000 and couldn’t pay the mortgage from April 2020.
Now the star probably won’t go through with that as it is now on sale. Apparently, the selling price is $1,475,000. However, the TLC star bought the property for $1,195,000 in 2019. This means its price increased by $280,000 more in three years. Despite this, Zillow estimated the price for the house at $1,659,700. Thus, the chances are that it will get sold at a greater amount than the established selling price. Yet, the celebrity maintains a low profile and hasn’t shed light on the reason behind giving up his place of residence.
