The leaked video clip featuring domestic violence between Paul and Karine scared everyone, TV Season & Spoilers previously reported. As a result, all the fans wanted someone to handle the matter legally. Recent developments regarding the case have now surfaced online. Noted 90 Day Fiance blogger John Yates took to his Instagram to share legal details about the abovementioned case. He uploaded a screenshot from the Kentucky Court of Justice’s website. It revealed that Paul allegedly filed a lawsuit against his problematic partner.
With the latest information and footage, John states that the Brazilian woman will not get custody of the children. Apparently, the couple has two young kids together. The blogger mentions that it makes sense why the video got leaked. However, he isn’t sure if the case is active or inactive. Moreover, he received these details when he was in the middle of a live session discussing the same subject on his Youtube handle.

Another alarming thing in the video was that the violent act took place in front of the dup’s 2-year-old son. A ton of people noticed that the little kid didn’t even flinch. This gave them the idea that such things had happened between the couple before, that too in front of the kid. As a result, they shamed the couple again for being bad at parenting and urged them to opt for a divorce already.

In the footage, Karine pushed her husband on the couch with a jolt by grabbing him by his throat. Earlier, she also yanked him by his hair. During all this, their 2-year-old was in the same room as them. However, he didn’t react at all. Many viewers alleged that Paul had leaked the video. Before this incident, the couple has almost split four times by now. They shared a rocky relationship even when they appeared in the 90 Day Fiance franchise.
This isn’t the first time Karine showcased her toxic traits. In 2020, cops were called to their Louisville house twice. It turns out the couple had a blowout fight. Following this, the TV star made allegations against her husband for sexually and physically abusing her. She also left the residence with her son Pierre unannounced. After a significant hiatus, she used her social media to apologize for the claims against paul for abuse. Karine then came clean and said they were false.
