A Possible Urban and Rural Conflict Between Brandon and Julia
Brandon has made it clear that the plan includes him taking over his family business. Ron and Betty run a kennel and are dog breeders. When Julia came, she was excited about living with Brandon. But as the farm Life got real for her, it was pretty clear that she couldn’t see herself as a permanent part of the rural life. In Russia, she resided in a location where amenities and luxuries were easily accessible. Moreover, she is a designer, trainer, and a dancer used to the “nice” places. Julia made it clear that she is giving herself one month to assess whether she likes the rural lifestyle. If she is not okay with it, she will ask Brandon to go and live together in the City.
