90 Day Fiance: Israel Move Will Cost Loren The CUSTODY Of Her Kids!

TLC: LOREN BROVARNIK

The 90 Day Fiance star couple Loren and Alexei are about to take a huge step in their life. They share three beautiful kids and lead happy lives per the current scenario. But it seems that they are determined to create headlines as the couple has decided to move to Israel. Apparently, the patriarch belongs to a Middle East country. So, he wants his kids to feel the essence of his native land as well.

However, Loren’s parents have entirely opposed the idea because there is a fair chance that the matriarch would lose all her rights and custody over her kids if she undergoes a divorce! Shocking, isn’t it? To know more about the same, keep on reading.

90 Day Fiance: Is Loren Risking Her Custodial Rights Over Kids?

The 90 Day Fiance star Loren’s parents are completely against the idea of watching their daughter move to Israel. Earlier as well they asked the star couple to consult a custody attorney. Loren’s dad, Bryan Goldstone’s, main concern is that her daughter will struggle to get rights over her children in case of a divorce, that too in Israel. He suggested that the couple should at least know the laws because Israel is a Middle Eastern country that follows archaic laws.

Hence, Loren should be sure if she’ll ever be able to take back her kids in case of a divorce. But it seems that her parents’ concern has a base. Apparently, as per an immigration attorney, it is completely not advisable for the TLC star to move to Israel. The country has some really difficult laws when it comes to custody issues. So, if Loren and Alexei parted ways, the former would use American laws while the latter would opt for Israel law procedure.

TLC: Loren and Alexei

Kathleen Martinez, who represents the Dominique Enchinton of Dominton Talent House, revealed to InTouch that undergoing a divorce in Israel wouldn’t be something that she would advise if Loren were her client! As always, laws and procedures usually vary as per the situation. Hence, as per the immigration attorney, Israel has a  Tender Age Doctrine. It says that it is best for children under six to be with their mothers. So they can apply for that.

However, the country usually doesn’t award joint custody. One parent gets custodial rights, while the other one has only visitation rights. If this happens and Loren loses her custodial rights, then she will never be able to bring her children back to America without Alexei’s permission!

90 Day Fiance: Loren & Alexei Have Different Opinions

The 90 Day Fiance star Loren is ultimately supporting her husband when it comes to moving to Israel. Apparently, the celebs were shocked when Loren’s parents talked about the custody issues. When the mother of three heard this initially, her instant reaction in the confessional was, “A custody lawyer? What the f**k?” Not only this but Alexei also didn’t like his father-in-law’s thoughts. He confessed in a confessional that he was pissed that Loren’s father went that way. He further added that even after seven years of togetherness, his in-laws don’t trust him!
