Popular 90 Day Fiance star Geoffrey Paschel landed himself in deep waters. TV Season & Spoilers reports that one of his former lovers came forward with multiple allegations against him. It turns out he attacked her, dragged her, and held her captive in his house. Hence, the star appeared in court in October 2021 for these incidents from June 2019. Later on, the court found him guilty on day two and gave Geoffrey a prison sentence worth 18 years. As per starcasm, his attorney, i.e., Gregory Isaacs, gave confirmation on setting forward a new motion for “re-trial”.
He explained various issues regarding the October 2021 court proceedings. As per the lawyer, the photographs the victim presented in court were taken at different times. Moreover, Geoffrey’s ex-wife, Allison Moon, also came to testify and talked of her own experiences of abuse with him. Hence, Isaacs believes there was a lack of proof to declare Paschel guilty of “aggravated kidnapping” under Tennessee laws.
