In previous seasons, Annie expressed her wish to have kids of her own. She is in her 20s, and welcoming motherhood felt right to her. On the other hand, David has already had kids from a previous marriage and is in his 50s. But he eventually warmed up to the idea, and they took the IVF route, and Annie is pregnant now. Everyone is very happy for the couple as they will be welcoming a very big change in their lives. It turns out David has also been taking measures to be better prepared to welcome the little one. He shared a video of himself getting a “daddy makeover.” He was getting Botox on his forehead and shared the experience with the followers.
David jokingly explained how he didn’t want his future baby to call him “Grandpa” instead of “Papa.” Earlier to this, he had also shared his microblading experience with the 90 Day Fiance fanbase. Everyone is appreciating how upfront the star is being about getting such treatments. They are excited to see him and Annie in parental roles in a few months!

While Annie and David’s fans appreciated their honesty regarding getting cosmetic procedures, others felt differently. Some said that he should be focussing on shedding weight instead of changing his face to welcome the baby. Without shunning the troll, David ended up responding to the comments with two simple words, “not easy.” Hence, his fans sympathized with him. Long-term viewers also remembered how much work he had put into shedding weight. He had lost as much as 70 Lbs on his own. Chances are he is still trying his best to shed weight and will get there slowly.
