Corey and Evelin had gone through major highs and lows when they starred in 90 Day Fiance. While they wrapped up their season, things continued to happen in their life. For instance, Corey had to be the bearer of some bad news recently. He talked about his dear pet Poppy in one of his Instagram reels. He is almost like his son. As the couple doesn’t have kids of their own, they are very attached to their pets. So, Corey took to his Instagram to reveal that their furry buddy, Poppy, instantly fell ill and couldn’t walk.
The 90 Day Fiance celebrity described it as the scariest thing that had happened to him and Evelin. Apparently, Poppy was in the hospital for two weeks, and they couldn’t visit him much. Corey also included a video of the furry buddy crying whenever they would leave after their visits. Vets told them that Poppy had been diagnosed with Toxoplasmosis. It probably happened when their dear pet accidentally ate raw chicken at the beach. Corey also tried raising awareness through the post by telling fans that they must rush to the vet if they see similar symptoms in their four-legged family members.

Corey’s devastating post about his pet dog, Poppy, did have a happy ending. They stated that he had healed after being in the hospital for two weeks and a total of a month’s worth of recovery. Everyone in the comments section was overjoyed. 90 Day Fiance fans were glad that Poppy didn’t have anything serious and was able to recover. Evelin also showered some love on her dear dog while saying he has been a “warrior.”
Another 90 Day Fiance castmate and fellow dog enthusiast, Sumit, commented on Corey’s heartfelt post. He, too, was glad that Poppy was okay again. Apart from their pet, some fans were curious to know if the couple would return to the show not. But Corey’s recent visit to the US has hinted that the couple might just return.
