Christian and Cleo have just started their story on the 90 Day Fiance franchise. The latest episode featured the former meeting his friends and partying hard. Meanwhile, his friends ask him whether his girlfriend drank or not. Seemingly, he claimed that she takes only a little alcohol. Further, the star smirked, adding that she doesn’t drink as much as him. Well, his love for alcohol is nothing new to his friends.
According to Starcasm, Christian has been booked for DWI charges in the past. The court reports state that he was driving under the influence on the night of October 26, 2019. Further, the officers followed his car at around 2:30 AM and caught him. Reportedly, he was not in his senses, had slurred speech, and had bloodshot eyes. Moreover, Allgood smelled of alcohol, according to Deputy Coffin. However, he refused to give the preliminary breath test.
As a result, he was arrested for driving under the influence under three charges. Christian was charged with a refusal of the breath test, driving under the influence as well as rash driving on the streets. However, the court dismissed the other two charges and sent him to jail for 180 days for driving under the influence. Later, the 90 Day Fiance star got a stay from the court for two years for his sentence. But he had to pay a $378 fine and do community service. Further, he kept himself away from all legal matters afterward.
