90 Day Fiance: Ben Rathbun Violates His Probation, Drove With A Suspended License
The new 90 Day Fiance celebrity Ben Rathbun is currently in jail. That’s because he faced an arrest due to a probation violation on March 15. As per the Jail records, the booking happened around midnight as he was under the influence and using his suspended driving license. Later there was a revelation by Starcasm that the booking took place for infringing the charges from 2020. Back then, the 52-year-old was operating with the presence of drugs. That’s not all. He also had a revoked/suspended license. In fact, these charges are from November 16, 2020.
In that year, the 90 Day Fiance star plead guilty to a less severe charge. Apparently, it happened due to OWAI, i.e., Operating While Ability Impaired. Hence, the officials dismissed his suspended license charge. Instead, in January 2021, he got probation for 18 months. However, he did not show up at a court hearing for the same on February 7, 2022. Due to this, the judge had to issue a bench warrant for the individual.
Therefore, it is still not certain what the current violation is for. As per TMZ, the American man was in jail for a $10,000 bond and has another hearing planned for March 21, 2022. Later on, popular 90 Day blogger John Yates gave confirmation that the TV star has since been “bonded out” and is “out of custody”.
90 Day Fiance: Ben & Mahogany Still Together?
Ben and Mahogany’s storyline in 90 Day Fiance has been quite unpredictable so far. Initially, the former’s friends and family and most viewers were sure that his partner was a catfish. However, that wasn’t the case as the foreigner showed up to meet him in person. Despite this, some troubles didn’t end for the couple.
