TLC’s 90 Day Fiance is back with another season, and this time, the new couples are truly unique. The show will follow the eight new couples as they navigate their long-distance relationships, spending 90 days together to decide whether to marry or part ways. This season, the Americans will travel to Nigeria, Philippines, Ghana, Poland, Brazil, Jordan, South Africa, and Croatia to meet their online connections for the first time. Whether they can navigate their cultural and personality differences remains to be seen, making it an intriguing watch.
The network has assembled a fascinating cast, with couples facing challenges like homelessness, celibacy, and cultural clashes. Notably, a cast member even brought her ex-boyfriend to meet her online connection, adding an extra layer of drama. Will these connections be able to take their relationship to the “next level,” or will the challenges prove too much? 90 Day Fiance: Tigerlily (Texas) & Adnan (Jordan)
One of the most interesting pairs in the new season of 90 Day Fiance is Tigerlily and Adnan. The former, a 41-year-old mother of two from Texas, is with Adnan, a 22-year-old model residing in Jordan. After ending a toxic 10-year marriage, Tigerlily decided to never marry again. However, her resolve changed after meeting Adnan on social media. The pair spent four months getting to know each other online. Despite their age gap, Tigerlily seemed ready to marry Adnan on the day she arrivesdin Jordan.
However, she was unaware of the cultural differences that may come between them despite warnings from her friends. Adnan follows the Muslim faith, leading her friends to advise her to take things slowly. Yet, Tigerlily seems prepared to risk it all to embrace this new chapter. Will their story end in a happily ever after? Only time will tell.
Rayne (New Mexico) & Chidi (Nigeria)
Another intriguing couple on the show will be Rayne and Chidi. From New Mexico, Rayne has been in a long-distance relationship with Chidi from Nigeria for five years. Rayne believes she has found the one in Chidi. Interestingly, shortly after they started talking, Rayne sent some intimate snaps to Chidi. Well, she was confused after receiving no responses to it. She later discovered that Chidi is blind, a fact Rayne found reassuring due to her own insecurities about her looks.
However, Chidi’s family believes that Rayne may not be ready to handle the realities of being with a blind person. Chidi’s Christian faith will also cause another challenge for them. In the latest 90 Day Fiance trailer, Rayne was shocked to learn that Chidi wants to remain celibate until their marriage. Overall, Rayne is seeking commitment from Chidi and hopes he is willing to move to the US.
Loren (Nevada) & Faith (Philippines)
Loren is a 33-year-old “jack of all trades” from Nevada, and Faith is a 31-year-old transwoman from the Philippines. They aren’t starting their in-person relationship on the best foot. They met on a dating site and fell in love. Loren took a trip to the Philippines to meet Faith and wished to permanently move there to become more financially stable. While he also plans to make Faith happy, he has yet to be completely honest about his financial situation and his views on monogamy.
In the new trailer, Faith expressed her desire to move to the US with Loren. However, her partner revealed that he was currently homeless. This added another layer of difficulty to their relationship. Aside from this, Faith was nervous about opening up to Loren as he was her first boyfriend.
Niles (Albama) & Matilda (Ghana)
Hailing from Alabama, Niles, 28, met Matilda, 23, from Ghana online two years ago. The pair began their love affair as pen pals. Soon, Niles realized that Matilda had all the qualities that he was looking for. Despite facing challenges in previous romantic relationships, Niles proposed to Matilda over the phone. Now, the pair is ready to get married during their first in-person meeting.
However, it looks like Niles wants to wait while Matilda is actively planning their wedding. Will Niles be able to communicate his concerns? What will become of their relationship then? We’ll have to wait and see.
Joe (Florida) & Magda (Poland)
Another 90 Day Fiance couple with potential issues is Joe and Magda. Joe, 34, a hard-working Italian boy from Florida, met Magda, 23, a volleyball player from Poland, online. Magda is the first girl Joe deleted all his dating apps for. She quit her job and was planning to move to the US. She also wanted to start a family as soon as possible.
While Joe is interested in Magda, he seems unsure about beginning a family with someone he hasn’t met in person before. He felt that things were moving too quickly. It would be interesting to see where their relationship stands at the end of the 90 days.
Brian (Illinois) & Ingrid (Brazil)
Brian, 52, is a quadriplegic and leads an active lifestyle, traveling the world to play and coach wheelchair rugby. In Brazil, he fell in love with the culture and found Brazilian women more accepting of his disability. Later, he met Ingrid, 33, from Brazil online nearly two years ago. Now, the couple finally has the chance to meet each other in person. While Brian insists Ingrid could be “the one,” he is worried about whether she can handle the truth about his past.
Veah (Florida) & Sunny (South Africa)
Veah, a 27-year-old from Florida, and Sunny, 26, from South Africa, have the potential to be the showstopper couple on 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days Season 7. The pair stole the spotlight when Veah, an anxious traveler, brought her ex-boyfriend along to South Africa to meet Sunny. Both Veah and Sunny were hoping for a proposal during their trip, but they struggled with trust issues.
Sunny is visibly uncomfortable with Veah’s friendship with her ex. Moreover, he was also unaware that Veah would bring him along. The show’s new trailer shows an instant fight between Veah and Sunny after he discovers her ex-boyfriend’s presence. Is this the end of their relationship? We’ll have to wait to find out.
Vanja (Florida) & Božo (Croatia)
The final couple of 90 Day Fiance is Vanja, 41, from Florida, and Božo, 38, a basketball player from Croatia. The pair matched on a dating site during Vanja’s solo trip to Europe. Although they couldn’t meet in person at that time, they stayed in touch and are now excited to finally meet. Vanja is hoping for a proposal from Božo. However, her friends and family have warned her that the pair might be on the same page. They also worry that Vanja might get her heart broken in Croatia.
