It’s been some time since Loren had been considering undergoing a mommy makeover. After three back-to-back pregnancies, she wanted to get back in shape and wanted to do it through surgery. While her husband Alexei was okay with it at first after learning more in-depth details about the procedures, he is having second thoughts about his wife going under the knife.
90 Day Fiance: Alexei Is Scared After Hearing About Loren’s Possible Surgery Complications
Loren and Alexei are one such couple who have consistently come back for more spin-offs. No, it’s not because they are dramatic and toxic but because they are the opposite of it. Hence, fans find it refreshing to see their storyline. However, the couple does go through their fair share of minor arguments while showcasing their journey.
In a new episode, Loren is very close to getting her mommy makeover. She wants to have 360 liposuction from her upper and lower back, chin, thigh, and arms. The 90 Day Fiance star will then use the excess fat from this to enhance her breasts and have a tummy tuck. Loren had to consult her doctor one last time before undergoing surgery, and Alexei joined her.
During their appointment, the doctor told Alexei about the complications. He would be required to drain tubes from Loren’s body every 4-6 hours and keep a weekly record of it. She also would face complications in case she pops a blood vessel while lifting something heavy. Hence, Loren would have to be inactive for 4-6 weeks and wouldn’t even be able to pick up her kids.
Hence, Alexei was very freaked out after finding out how much he would have to nurse Loren back to health. He was always against his wife undergoing surgery, but after knowing about it in detail, he said it was not required, but there was “nothing he could do,” as Loren had made up her mind about it already.

Alexei emphasized how his wife undergoing a mommy makeover stressed him out. Then, he made another major reveal. The 90 Day Fiance star expressed how his wife didn’t let him know for at least a week that he would have to drain tubes out of her. Hence, the surgery was more serious than he realized. Alexei also let his partner know that it wasn’t too late to say she wasn’t ready.
But it looks like Loren already underwent the surgery. While TLC is documenting their journey right now, she went through the procedure earlier this year in January. Fans already know that the surgery was successful, and she has since been showcasing her brand-new body online. While some have been against this, others have commended Loren.
