When Sophie and Rob married, they surprised everyone. Not only did they have many ‘differences’ in the relationship, but Rob also cheated on Sophie at one point. Yet the UK native tied the knot with her 90 Day Fiance beau. Soon after that, they moved to Austin, Texas. But Sophie revealed she was living with someone else, not Rob.
In the spinoff’s first episode, Sophie revealed that she and Rob separated a few months into their marriage. Now, she is living with her good friend Kay. Fans even saw the duo cuddling on the bed after “drinking too much.” Sophie was thankful her buddy let her stay with her, and the latter just welcomed her, saying, “My home is your home.” Kay also thinks Sophie did the right thing by leaving Rob.
On the other hand, Rob called Kay the “bane of his existence” while talking with his friend Daniel. He believes she doesn’t “respect” his and Sophie’s marriage or him. Rob thinks Kay is trying to end the marriage, and now he feels Sophie is sleeping with her. When Daniel asked Rob if they were all “in a relationship,” Rob denied it. Rob doesn’t know “Kay’s sexuality.” But he still feels Sophie is sleeping with someone “else,” and it could be Kay.
Sophie has still maintained that Kay is just a “close friend” who is doing a lot for her. The 90 Day Fiance star says there is nothing between them. And there might never be because Kay wasn’t her “type.” Sophie and Kay are “platonic friends.” But Sophie had hidden her sexuality from Rob, so the latter’s doubts make sense.

Sophie dropped a bomb on the audience when she revealed that she and Rob had separated. The announcement came in episode 1 of the 90 Day Fiance spinoff’s Happily Ever After season 8. She revealed that she moved out of their home after the pair moved to Austin, Texas.
Now, Sophie is living with her “close friend” Kay. The star said that Rob’s cheating was “disgusting.” But she doesn’t want to throw away their marriage over issues from their long-distance relationship days. And though she moved out, she still loves Rob.
The couple’s marriage is a little “wonky,” but Sophie is looking for ways to fix it. She discovered that Rob was talking with “more girls” than he told her. This was one of the reasons for their separation. But Sophie is still in love with Rob, though she now sees how rude he was to her in the OG show’s season 10.
