90 Day Fiance: Adriano Is An Atheist & Alex Thinks It Might Be A Problem
When the fans first met Alex and Adriano, the former was living her “Italian Romance Dream.” Their story is taking place in Italy, i.e., Adriano’s home. Until now, the Love In Paradise couple has only had one issue. Adriano wanted to have threesomes, but Alex felt uneasy about them. However, it seems there is another issue between them now.
In a new clip, Alex and Adriano were having dinner with Alex’s cousin Tiffany. The latter asked Adriano if he would “pray over” the food before they ate. The 90 Day Fiance spinoff star scratched his face, showing his discomfort. He then replied that he “never pray(s) over food.” The revelation was a shock for Tiffany. So, she asked him if he was an atheist for clarification. Adriano tells her he is “not” a “believer” and doesn’t believe in anything.
Tiffany was still in shock. Alex, on the other hand, was uncomfortable with the situation. Tiffany asked her if she is “ok” with Adriano’s atheism. Alex told her she was “ok” for “now,” but she thought it might be “a problem” in the future. The situation was uneasy for the trio as a whole. In her confessional, Alex said that “having a relationship with God” was a big part of the 90 Day Fiance star’s life. It is also “important” for her “family.” Adriano’s atheism might become a “deal-breaker,” but Alex wasn’t sure back then.
When fans returned to the dinner scene, Tiffany was grilling Adriano. She asked him what he “follow(s).” Tiffany also mentioned how “you’re (not) supposed to have threesomes” according to Christianity. Since this was a point of contention between the 90 Day Fiance couple, Adriano looked at Alex.
Then, Adriano went on an uncomfortable lecture about “threesome(s).” He said how “sexuality was free” in “the Roman Empire.” Tiffany was also uncomfortable with this. In his confessional, Adriano said he felt he was “under interrogation” because he felt like he “did something bad.” The new 90 Day Fiance cast member didn’t like Tiffany “questioning” him as he is “a really private person.”
