Besides, the trailer did not actually say that the blonde boy is the child that Trent and Amber are planning to adopt.

In fact, Emma Johnston confirmed that her parents are not adopting another child in one of her IG stories. Hence, TLC viewers think that the new boy could actually be Emma’s new boyfriend.
