7 Little Johnstons: Emma Is Working At Her Very First Job!
Emma has had a good life so far. She is a reality TV star, but her parents ensured she enjoyed her childhood. The 7 Little Johnstons star is the youngest among her siblings, except for her younger brother Alex. Both of them are seniors in high school. Recently, the teens also went to their prom.
Now that she is finally 18, Emma is trying to get the hang of being an adult. She already has her own handmade jewelry business, but the star wanted some more. So, she went ahead and crossed off the first milestone of being an adult. TLC spoilers: Emma went ahead and got her very first job! She is a working woman now.
Fans will soon see Emma at her first job on the April 16 episode. TLC revealed a sneak peek where Emma is hustling on the first day of her job at a popular local boutique. She had a busy first day as there were many customers. Someone wanted “something specific” while someone else “needs” something else.
But Emma handled it all well. There was a challenge when the star had to change a mannequin’s clothes. She struggled as the mannequin was tall. But then Emma was quick on her toes and lowered the mannequin to change its clothes. Emma’s manager said she did “a great job.” He didn’t have to tell or “show” the 7 Little Johnstons star “how to do anything twice.”
Then, we saw a shot of Emma struggling to reach the clothes on the higher-up racks. But she quickly solved the problem by using a long pole with a hook at the end of it. This was a great opportunity for Emma to learn many things, like customer management and inventory.
7 Little Johnstons: Emma Expresses Grief Over Big Loss
Emma and the rest of the 7 Little Johnstons recently went through a big loss. Trent Johnston had announced that his beloved dad, Walter “Pete” Johnston, had passed away. He also revealed that his family and friends will be providing him with services on March 17.
While Trent lost his father, his kids lost their beloved “Poppy.” They had celebrated his 90th birthday with him, so they were grateful for it. But the loss still hit hard. Emma also expressed her grief over losing “Poppy.”
TLC took to Instagram to share her state of mind. She posted an adorable photo of Walter. Fans could see her and her younger brother Alex sitting with “Poppy.” They all smiled at the camera.
