Amber told fans that her experience at the time of Jonah’s birth was very poor compared with Liz’s. She explained how Trent came up with a Polaroid picture of her newborn covered with tubes all over his body. She said, “Trent just said, ‘They’re having to breathe for him, and you can’t see him right now.” Meanwhile, Trent explained how he told his wife that his dad wanted him to be downstairs.
He teared up about recalling the moment when he told his wife about going downstairs to be with the child in case he won’t survive. The TLC star continued, “Poppy said, ‘Make sure you come back quick.” Moreover, Amber explained that Jonah was born with premature lung development and spent 6 weeks in the NICU. Further, she added, “And then once his numbers got OK there, we went to oxygen.” Amber noted that they were in and out of the hospital for the next six months.
