1000 Lb Sisters: Amy Is Guilty Of Holding “Simple Possessions!”
1000 Lb Sisters star Amy Slaton reappeared at Crockett County court in Tennessee for the third time on December 19. After pleading not guilty in the previous hearing, she has pleaded guilty to simple possessions. According to official documents from E!News, the court has dismissed all the charges against the reality star.
Amy, who had her young boys, Glenn and Gage, with her in the car, has been cleared of child abuse and child endangerment charges. Previously, Judge Paul Conley sentenced her and Brian, her co-defendant, to two years of supervised probation. This made it clear that Amy would not serve jail time.
Along with probation, Amy has to pay a $1,000 fine and complete an alcohol and drug assessment. She has been prohibited from reaching Tennessee Safari Park. The court clarified that the charges against her were mere accusations, not evidence. Hence, she is presumed innocent unless proven guilty through due process.
