Since Tammy has been discussing her skin removal surgery a lot, it might be a part of the next season. Even Amy’s new romance might make an appearance in the new episodes.
TLC hasn’t officially announced a release date or posted a trailer. But in February 2024, Hollywood Gossip had teased the fans about Season 6. Even TheSun claimed TLC was already filming the new season. TLC usually posts the trailers and teasers close to the release date to generate interest. So if it does the same later this year, the fans can expect the show to return around November or December.
