Caleb met the star at a Weight Loss center in 2022. They quickly fell in love, got engaged, and tied the knot. But their happiness was short-lived as Caleb passed away in 2023. And while we don’t know the exact cause of death, Tammy had mentioned that it was “really personal.”
The newest clip from the 1000 Lb Sisters season finale shows Tammy’s siblings reacting to Caleb’s death. Tammy’s brother Chris and sister Amanda are driving to Tammy’s. Chris still couldn’t believe all this was real, and Amanda agreed. He then talked about how he is sad that his sister is a “widow at 36.” Amanda, on the other hand, was really sad about Caleb’s death, saying she wouldn’t wish it on her “worst enemy.”
Both the siblings described Caleb as a “great guy.” So, his death really shook the family. And while Tammy has been open about her grieving process on social media, fans will also see that in the finale. The episode will focus on Tammy getting the news and her and her family’s reactions to it.
