In her recent TikTok upload, Tammy posted a full-body video of herself. In fact, she posed in front of a mirror in khaki trousers and a long black T-shirt. She accessorized the look with grey trainers, a multi-colored rainbow bracelet, and a silver necklace. The song “Plus-Size Freestyle” by Samyra was playing in the background. Tammy showed off her slim waistline after her 440-lb weight loss, which is close to 31.4 stones.

Tammy met Caleb Willingham at a weight loss rehab. They developed a friendship and soon fell in love. Caleb and Tammy got married and were happy together. However, tragedy soon struck as Caleb passed away in July 2023 due to “complications of super morbid obesity.” Fans saw a service in Caleb’s honor in the season 5 finale.
The 1000 Lb Sisters star was grieving her late husband. So, she posted a heartbreaking video on TikTok as a tribute to Caleb. Tammy watched photos and videos of herself and Caleb as a duet in the video. It had photos from Tammy and Caleb’s wedding, rehab center, Christmas, and the latter’s funeral service. Fans could hear the audio of a kid saying, “It’s been a year,” and they missed “Daddy.” Further, the kids said, “Mommy says” Daddy is “safe now” in “heaven.” Tammy lip-synced the words.
