She also highlighted another achievement, sharing excitement as she revealed that. According to Tammy, she is now able to cross her legs and put on her shoes comfortably while sitting on the toilet.
She emphasized the importance of celebrating these small victories, stating, “I think people do take the small things for granted.” Tammy further discussed her struggle with loose skin as it puts her down. Since she gets rashes under her stomach, she is worried about possible infection. Due to this physical discomfort, she is eager to opt for skin removal surgery.

In Tuesday’s episode of TLC’s 1000 Lb Sisters, Tammy took the driver’s seat in a golf cart. She had her elder brother, Chris Combs, guiding her through the process. While Chris provided her little sister with some encouragement and humor, Tammy nervously navigated the golf cart.
But her excitement turned into panic when she almost steered the wheel into a tree. This further forced Tammy to hit the brakes just in time. Chris remained calm and reminded Tammy to maintain her focus. After a couple of moments behind the wheel, he cheered up his sibling to try again.
In an exclusive video by People, Tammy humorously remarked that she might need a few more years to master the skill. However, Chris pointed out to Tammy that obtaining her driver license would provide her with newfound freedom. He stated, “And being able to drive is the last part of the puzzle.”
