1000 Lb Sisters: Tammy Didn’t Expect This In A Plane Ride
TLC star Tammy Slaton had a hard life. She was obese due to a variety of genetic and living factors. The star had weighed 725 lbs initially and had to be in a wheelchair with an oxygen cylinder all the time. But Tammy did not give up; she lost around 300lbs and is now at her lowest weight.
Since her lowest weight episode, the 1000 Lb Sisters star decided to undertake new adventures. She is doing everything she could not before. Tammy took her first-ever plane ride to Pensacola, taking every precaution possible. She booked two adjacent seats to be comfortable on the ride. However, the star got a delightful shock of her life. Apparently, Tammy only needed one seat to sit in. She could sit “comfortably” in that one seat.
Tammy recalled the whole incident with a surprise, saying she was so happy about it. However, she still wasn’t sure if the “seatbelt was gonna fit around.” And lo and behold, it did! However, the 1000 Lb Sisters star was still nervous about the ride. She recalled that her family forgot to tell her a few things about air travel, including turbulence. But she “made it safely” to the ground.
The 1000 Lb Sisters star loved the experience so much that she did not want it to end. Tammy recalled she “enjoyed it” and loved the “adrenaline rush” and the “thrill of it.” Many fans also wrote encouraging comments for the star. They were delighted she was getting such amazing experiences.
1000 Lb Sisters: Tammy Is Spilling Production Secrets!
Tammy had posted a TikTok video to answer a fan question. However, the 1000 Lb Sisters star also leaked some major production secrets while answering. A fan had suggested Tammy should “cut her hair” as it “would look gorgeous.” But the star said she couldn’t do it, and explained the reason in detail.
Slaton explained that the show contract didn’t allow them to make “any outside changes” to their bodies. This was because the shows sometimes need its stars to return and do “a pickup scene.” And if the cast changes their appearance, they have to reshoot everything.
