Tammy Slaton from 1000 Lb Sisters has achieved a lot in a matter of merely a year. Once she was hospitalized and in a medically induced coma, she knew she needed to buck up. So began her journey in rehab, and she lost the necessary weight manually to qualify for bariatric surgery. She also found Caleb Willingham in the facility, and their love story also bloomed.
But once Tammy was healthy enough to leave rehab, she did so after 14 months of progress. Her evidently wasn’t on the same level as her. So, he had to stay back, and that’s how rifts in their relationship began. Now, Tammy has started to unravel a lot of her husband’s secrets, and things are not looking good for either of them.
1000 Lb Sisters: Tammy Found Out That Her Husband Had Been Relapsing!
It has been quite a while since Tammy emerged victorious from the rehab. She has continued her weight loss journey. But 1000 Lb Sisters Season 5 has been showing the segments from the time she stepped out of the facility. Unfortunately, her deceased husband, Caleb, stayed back. He had a lot of work to do before getting the green light to join his wife.
In a new promo from the episode, Tammy ended up uncovering an upsetting secret. She discovered all sorts of sweet treats that her husband had been eating. He fessed up that he couldn’t “spin it around,” and he had relapsed. The side cast member emphasized how hard things had been for him since his partner moved out of rehab.
Tammy urged him to call and text her whenever he felt like eating unhealthy. But Caleb again defended himself by saying he would stop himself from doing so. That’s because he felt his wife had a lot going on in her home without worrying about his progress. But the 1000 Lb Sisters star insisted she wants to be his motivation, support him, and solve his problems.
1000 Lb Sisters: Tammy Uncovers Another Lie By Her Husband! Heartbroken
Tammy Slaton has been dealing with some issues in her marriage since she moved out of rehab. She and Caleb got into a long-distance marriage. The latter continued to be in the Ohio-based rehab while she moved back to Kentucky to be with her family. During one of the couple’s FaceTime calls, Tammy found out something unfortunate. It happened in the latest 1000 Lb Sisters episode.
Caleb did say he had been having a hard time keeping up and focusing on his progress. He revealed how he wasn’t in a hospital anymore. When Tammy wanted to know more, he said how he had to be in the hospital for a few days as his health deteriorated. This was news to his wife. She had been in touch with him through calls and texts. Not once did he mention something like this.
Tammy was evidently heartbroken after this reveal. Her husband couldn’t defend himself as he was clearly in the wrong.
