1000 Lb Sisters: Amy Wants The Caregiver To Be Strict With Tammy
In the episode promo, the sisters revealed that they have finally resorted to hiring a caregiver for Tammy. As Amy is busy with taking care of her newborn son Gage and her own health, she can’t take care of her sister too. Therefore the siblings decided to interview a couple of caregivers for Tammy. Merely three of them turned up for the interview. Amy reveals that she has a hard time saying “no” to her sister. Hence, she wants someone who will be absolutely strict with her as she cannot do it herself. Moreover, she was also worried that the 35-year old’s lousy attitude might just drive them away.
It is no secret that Tammy Slaton is one of the most controversial characters to come out of reality TV. Her weird and toxic antics have only increased since the show debuted on TLC. Even after three seasons, she is not willing to change herself. Out of all the nurses, there was one who was relatively young. The problematic sibling tried to ask her whether she’d be able to get her liquor from the store if she needed it. Well, she did it only to test if the nurse would be able to tame her in the future. Although she politely declined, fans were outraged by this question. They again began shunning the infamous sister for not changing her ways and looking for more opportunities to stir trouble in the future.
1000 Lb Sisters: Amy Can’t Deal With Her Elder Sister’s Notorious Attitude Anymore!
As revealed in the previous season, i.e., season 2, doctors had warned Tammy to start taking care of herself. In fact, they told her that more weight gain could actually lead to her death if she didn’t act fast. Unfortunately, despite this severe warning, the eldest Slaton remains unbothered. So far, she has shown no signs of wanting to change herself and qualify for bariatric surgery. However, her younger sister Amy Slaton has been very progressive. She has inspired many by staying true to her healthy lifestyle and shedding a ton of weight after her surgery.
It seems as if Amy is not only changing physically but emotionally too. Fans have only seen the younger Slaton quietly dealing with all of Tammy’s erratic behavior in the past seasons. However, in the trailer, she stood up for herself. The new mom even schooled the irritating cast member. This happened many times in the video. Fans in the comment section of the sneak peek video also expressed that it is not fair that Amy is the one who will be paying for her sister’s caretaker.
