After four months of togetherness, Caleb failed to join Tammy outside of rehab in her Kentucky home.
He also confirmed she called their marriage off, and they are merely husband and wife “on paper.” Tammy has also been hinting she is single again with various TikTok posts of her transformation. She even changed her surname back to Slaton on the platform. On the other hand, Amy Slaton’s relationship also deteriorated after she welcomed her second baby boy, Glenn, with her husband, Michael Halterman.
