As obesity took over Tammy’s life for many years, it made even the basic tasks difficult for her. Be it walking, bathing, or so on. But her incredible 500 Lb weight loss has changed things for her. In the new trailer, she was seen riding electric bikes and buses. That’s one thing she couldn’t do in the past but has been able to enjoy to the fullest after getting healthy.
Despite this, Tammy’s biggest challenge in the new season is going to be skin removal surgery. Fans saw her going to the doctor for the same. They said that she had loose skin from “head to toe.” Which meant she would require multiple surgeries and there would be many healing phases. So, Tammy’s main point of concern was whether she would get approval for the same.
Amy was in a much happier state than she was last season. Things had been difficult for her previously because of her divorce from Michael Halterman and a tough custody battle for her kids. But she talked about finding herself again after being single and realising she has “more potential” than she thought. Amy also showed off her long blue hair.
She was in a leather mini dress while twirling infront of Tammy and asking her about her “single mom badass look.” Amy also did a split on her own in a burlesque class and spanked herself, showing off the bold avatar. 1000 Lb Sisters fans can’t wait to see this new dynamic. The new season is coming sooner than expected on TLC and will premier on October 8, 2024.

Apart from Tammy and Amy being the leads of 1000 Lb Sisters, their family also gets the same amount of love from fans. Chris miserably failed at playing golf while Tammy laughed at him.
