In the previous season of 1000 Lb Sisters, viewers got to witness Tammy and Caleb’s beautiful wedding ceremony. They decided to tie the knot within 6 months of dating. In the brand new teaser for the upcoming season, the former was packing her bags to leave rehab after 14 months.
However, Tammy ended up having an emotional moment as the Ohio rehab facility didn’t approve of her husband, Caleb, getting discharged with her. The star still decided to take a leap and leave the facility to start afresh finally. She proudly declared that she had lost 300 Lbs and felt “ready” to conquer “the world.”
Fans must remember how Tammy drastically changed in the previous season. After severe hospitalization and a medically induced coma, she decided to change things. She qualified for the bariatric surgery by losing 250 Lbs on her own. Now, fans are eager to see how Tammy 2.0 will be living life on her own terms after her release from rehab!
It would be interesting to see Tammy steer her own wheel after having Amy take care of her all her life. As her weight loss journey continues, fans will get to see her accomplish many milestones in the brand-new season. There will be stressful times for Tammy in the season, too, as she worries about her husband Caleb “backsliding” and gaining more instead of losing some.

Once Tammy was back, she was also seen bonding with her younger sister, Amy. Both of them ended up having a banter full of innuendos about “pickles.” But soon, the scene changed to show the latter’s life in shambles. Clearly, handling two kids on her own took a toll on Amy. The 1000 Lb Sisters star admitted feeling “overwhelmed” and stressed.
Amy also complained that her husband, Michael, wasn’t “doing sh*t.” Fans must already know how the couple has separated in real-time. But the new season will be airing the events that happened last year. Hence, they will get a clearer picture of what went wrong in their marriage, its aftermath, and the divorce.
Interesting things await for other Slatons, too. The trailer had Amanda and Misty disclosing how they, too, began seeing Dr. Smith to qualify for weight loss surgery.
