TLC released an exciting trailer of the upcoming season of 1000 Lb Sisters earlier this year. The reality TV series will bring back the fan-favorite Slaton sisters as they continue their journey towards life-saving weight loss. Amy has seen a significant shift in her life after she decided to be dedicated to losing weight. Hence, she managed to get weight loss with her efforts and married the love of her life. Later on, Amy and her husband welcomed a sweet baby boy that has changed their lives. However, Tammy is still struggling to make efforts, and fans think that she should focus on saving her life than dating at this point.
The latest teaser of the popular show reveals that the sisters will get into serious fights in the new season. It also features her doctor saying, “Tammy’s gonna die if she doesn’t do something about her weight”. The finale of the previous season highlighted that the elder Slaton sister had gained more weight instead of the opposite. Shockingly, the meter on the weighing machine said 640 lbs. This means Tammy has gained 40 lbs over her initial weight of 600 lbs in Season 1. Fans think that it’s finally time for Slaton to make serious efforts in losing weight, or she might lose her life soon.
1000 Lb Sisters: Amy Declares She Can’t Take Care Of Tammy Anymore!
Due to her obesity, Tammy is not able to do basic things like bathing, walking, and taking care of herself. Hence, for plenty of the past years, she has been dependant on her family members. However, now that her sister Amy has started a family of her own, the latter can’t take care of her sister as well. Amy and her husband Michael welcomed baby boy Gage last year, which was even featured in the final episodes of the show. Hence, the younger sister now has to take care of a newborn and begin experiencing motherhood.
However, despite that, she still has to handle her grown sister. Thus, Amy declared in the recent teaser, “I wasn’t ready for a baby and a 35-year-old baby”. But, Tammy replies that she didn’t ask Amy to be her mother. Moreover, Amy later suggests that Tammy needs to girl up and take care of her own stuff.
