The second Halterman baby is now 30 weeks old, and it’s only eight more weeks till he opens his eyes. It will be a moment of paradise when that happens. Amid the happiness, Amy is having Braxton Hicks contractions. It is where the mother’s abdomen gets tight and often comes and goes. Hence, these contractions help the muscles in the uterus to tighten, which prepares the cervix for birth. These last for 30 seconds but are uncomfortable and rarely painful.
Mrs. Halterman explained that she had experienced the same with Gage. Fans ran to the comment section to provide Amy with useful tips. Some even joked that they feel Amy has been pregnant forever.
