Meghan Crumpler shared a photo on her Instagram in which she was holding either a learner’s permit or a driver’s license. After seeing that post, fans got excited and happy to know that she has started to make some changes in life. Many also got overwhelmed with this news, as Meghan once couldn’t even go to the restroom on her own at one point in time. After this milestone, a few of her fans are hoping that she could have plans to move out of Tina’s basement anytime soon.

Fans of this reality TV show have chosen one of the best friends as their favorite. Vannessa Cross has become a fan’s favorite as she thrives on being fit. During her first appearance on Too Large, Vannessa was considered the largest of the women. But in the spin-off, she started making progress in losing weight and is now the smallest. Hence, 1000 Lb Best Friends fans appreciate her and ask Meghan to take her as inspiration. But as Meghan is living with Tina, she has become best friends and is not working towards a healthier lifestyle.
