1000 Lb Best Friends: Ashley’s Weight Loss Journey Is Still In Progress!
Reality TV star Ashley Sutton is focusing on dropping weight without the help of surgery. On the TLC series, she revealed that she has made progress in her journey. She further noted that her energy levels and weight are much better than they were a year ago. However, her doctor, Dr. Charles Procter, has pointed out to Ashley that she still has to work hard to get pregnant.
Back in 2023, Ashley admitted that she felt the heaviest when she weighed 378 lbs. While she has tried to take the best steps to lose weight, she described herself as imperfect in terms of her accomplishments. When she had bariatric surgery another time, she thought that she could achieve her goal through it. Even though she had a successful surgery, she fell back into the same place as she didn’t lose weight in the long run.
1000 Lb Best Friends: Did Ashley Welcome A Baby?
The TLC personality Ashley Sutton hasn’t shared any pregnancy news after filming Season 3 of 1000 Lb Best Friends. There are also no signs on her social media accounts suggesting she has decided to follow up with that. However, on the show, she clarified that she doesn’t want to wait until she turns 40 to start having children.
Moreover, Ashley understands that she requires to be physically healthier to have more chances of getting pregnant. Additionally, she mentioned on the series that Dr. Procter has set a timeline for her to get pregnant. Based on the given timeline, she feels that she will likely try to have a child in her 40s.
Ashley worries that waiting until then could put both her baby and her at higher risk. Although it’s not untrue that obesity can cause high risks during pregnancy, advanced maternal age also complicates the situation. In either case, Ashley has to face bigger risks. According to her, waiting until she loses enough weight for a smooth pregnancy will only make her older.
Since it is a main concern for Ashley, she may give a second thought to both pregnancy and her weight loss journey. So far, fans don’t know if she is currently dating anyone. While she doesn’t need to be in a relationship to have a baby, it seems she isn’t seeing anyone outside the show. Keep coming back to TV Season & Spoilers, for the latest 1000 Lb Best Friends tea.
