The King’s Avatar is a donghua ONA (Original Net Animation) adaptation of a light novel series written by Hu Dielan. The anime is produced by the Chinese internet company, Tencent. The King’s Avatar Season 2: Renewal & Production Details
Alongside the native audience, several other parts of the world accepted and appreciated the anime series. Quanzhi Gaoshao opened up to high ratings and reviews from fans and critics alike. Hence, the demand for a second season became uncontrollable. A year after its 2017 debut, Tencent released a three-episode sequel to show. These special episodes aired between April and May 2018.

Fans were furious that none of these expected air dates turned out to be true. In no time, they began to question if Quanzhi Gaoshao Season 2 will ever hit the screens.
As of now, none of the companies related to the production of the series have confirmed its cancelation. Therefore, it’s plausible that the anime is just delayed and may take a while to release.
