Land Of The Lustrous Season 2: Is There Enough Source Material?

As of today, the famous manga series written and illustrated by Haruko Ichikawa has a total of ten volumes. The tenth volume was published back in August 2019 and is available to read in the Monthly Afternoon magazine by Kodansha. Season 1 of the anime adaptation ropes in the plot of nearly five volumes. Hence, Land Of The Lustrous Season 2 has more than enough source material left to cover.

The first installment of the anime ends on Chapter 36 of Volume 5 in the manga series. However, they skipped a major battle sequence from Chapter 33.
