Another Special On The Way Before The Grand Tour Season 5
In a recent interview, the creators announced how they were able to make the upcoming The Grand Tour Season 5. Clarkson says that they knew that they wouldn’t be able to go abroad. So, all they really did was simply started looking and went like they would cover the Outer Hebrides. However, Clarkson warned that it would be a little while before this new special was released.
Back in November, Clarkson explained that The Scotland Special wouldn’t be out for months. He revealed that they still have to edit the show, and it takes about three months. Then another 16 weeks to get the subtitles done for all the different countries in the world.
Clarkson revealed that it is a very long process for completing the shooting and for people to actually be able to watch it. He revealed that their initial plan for the upcoming special was to film the show in Russia, but the presenters confirmed that they couldn’t film it there and that special is now postponed. This was done because of the travel restrictions.
However, this hasn’t stopped all of them to be hopeful that they would be able to shoot the Russia special sometime in 2021. In the interview, Clarkson says that it will all be dependent on the COVID-19 conditions. We will update you with all the news about the upcoming The Grand Tour Season 5 and the Scotland special as soon as it surfaces. So, you stay tuned.
