The actor was involved in the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins while filming his movie Rust in 2021. The court dismissed the case after trials, and the judge gave Alec a clean chit. Alec shared how the trial affected his family life.
Alec shared that he had PTSD and couldn’t get out of bed. He constantly wondered why it was not him who got killed. Hilaria further added that the unthinkable tragedy changed their lives. They will never forget how a son lost his mother.

Hilaria Baldwins has been in the news for faking her Spanish accent. She claims she has Spanish roots, but people don’t believe her. Hilaria was born as Hillary Hayward-Thomas. At her wedding, she even wore a traditional mantilla veil to pay an ode to her Spanish roots. Furthermore, all her kids have Spanish names. There was a viral video where she forgot English words and spoke in a heavy Spanish accent.
In The Baldwins, Hilaria doesn’t speak in her Spanish accent but in fluent english. Alec once even told her she was ‘speaking English in a Spanish cadence.’ Sometimes, she retained the accent, but for the most part, it was not there. Hilaria said that it made her sad when people trolled her. It pushed her into dark places, but her family, friends, and her community helped her. There are people who speak multiple languages and belong to multiple places.
