90 Day Fiance: Angela Deem Files For An Annulment, Legal Battle Begins!
90 Day Fiance star Angela Deem initially claimed that she wouldn’t sign the divorce papers because she wanted to make Michael Ilesanmi’s life hell. She was not willing to set him free and tried her best to give him a taste of his own medicine. But now it appears that the tables have completely turned. Deem has finally filed the complaint for annulment and made some shocking claims.
Angela’s complaint was signed on June 17, and she officially filed it on June 20 in Jeff Davis County. She accused Michael of marrying her for the “purpose” of gaining “legal permanent resident” status in America. Deem claimed that she learned the hard way that her husband was actually part of a “conspiracy” with other Nigerian men.
Angela explained in official documents obtained by Starcasm that Michael was engaged with Nigerian men who used to “induce US citizens” to get a Green Card. This came after Deem tried her best to get Ilesanmi back and control him like always. However, the latter appears to be in no mood to come back and has started to enjoy in America now. But there’s a lot more to the story.
90 Day Fiance: Michael Will Have To Answer Within 60 Days!
Angela Deem has not filed for an annulment but has attached an affidavit with it. She claimed that she had no idea where Michael Ilesanmi was. As per the documents, Deem says that her husband “abandoned” their marital residence in Hazlehurst, and the latter hasn’t contacted her in a while. The 90 Day Fiance star further claimed that Ilesanmi arrived in America in December 2023, because of which she has no information about his “known associates” at all.
As Angela claims that she is unaware of her husband’s current location, she also requested the court to serve Michael via publication. Though the actual date of publication is still unknown, the documents were officially filed on June 24. This makes it clear that Ilesanmi doesn’t have much time to reply and is left with barely a few weeks in his hands.
Viewers are now waiting to see how Michael deals with this legal battle. Will he be able to afford an attorney and fight Angela? Only time will tell, as the drama has just begun. Keep coming back to TV Season & Spoilers for more updates regarding Michael and Angela’s ongoing legal battle.
