Princess Lilibet, the daughter of Meghan Marke and Prince Harry turned three on Tuesday. The friends and family of the couple gathered at their California home for a celebration over the weekend. As per reports, it was an intimate party with a few of Lili’s friends in the comfort of their own home. Let’s take a look at the royal celebration.

Harry and Meghan’s little princess turned three on June 4, but her birthday festivities started early with a pre-birthday bash. According to People, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex held a small party in their Montecito home for their little bundle of joy. Lilibet Diana was born in California in 2021, which is a year after her parents stepped back from royal duties.
Her birth announcement was shared on the Archewell Foundation website, which said she was named Queen Elizabeth’s family nickname. As for her middle name, Diana was to honour her beloved late grandmother, Princess Diana.
Furthermore, in March 2023, Harry and Meghan were using their children’s royal titles through the news of their daughter’s christening announcement. As King Charles took over the throne in 2022, Archie and Lili were given the titles of prince and princess. Royal family fans know that the couple has been raising their kids out of the spotlight.
The world first got to see Lilibet on the Sussexes’ 2021 holiday card. They wrote, ‘This year, 2021, we welcomed our daughter, Lilibet, to the world. Archie made us a ‘Mama’ and a ‘Papa,’ and Lili made us a family,” in the greeting.
After six months, Prince Harry and Meghan travelled to the UK with both their kids for Queen’s Platinum Jubilee festivities in 2022. This coincided with Lilibet’s first birthday, which was celebrated at a gathering at Frogmore Cottage. A source revealed that the party was lovely and had everything. Her gift wishlist was a ‘£75 ($95 in US Dollars) pink Volkswagen Beetle ride-on toy.”
Furthermore, the couple then released the first portrait of the little princess which photographer and friend Misan Harriman took. Fans further got to see Lili in a glimpse of celebration in the documentary series Harry & Meghan which premiered on Netflix.
Prince Harry & Meghan Were Missing Their Kids
Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie didn’t accompany their parents on the trip to Nigeria. Prince Harry and Meghan met with several wounded veterans and spoke at a mental health summit. Moreover, the couple also took the opportunity to talk about their kids. Meghan told a small group of students at the Lightway Academy that her daughter’s ‘favourite class’ is ‘singing and dancing.’
While speaking at a women’s leadership event, Meghan described her children as very chatty, and sweet children. Moreover, she also mentioned that she was missing her babies on May 12, which marked Mother’s Day in the US. She opened up about the difficulties of raising kids while travelling, she highlighted that Harry and herself are missing the kids a lot.
