Word has it that EastEnders star Bobby Brazier is sticking around Walford for a bit longer. The Mirror reported that Bobby has struck a new deal with the soap. Also, the media reached out to the EastEnders crew to lock in the announcement. Check out!
EastEnders: Booby’s Freddie Brings Surprise With His Return!
Brazier hopped on board as Little Mo Slater’s son on EastEnders back in 2022. Since then, his character has been through the wringer, finding out the startling truth about his biological dad. Moreover, he later became a regular fixture in the Slater household. So, what’s next for him this time around?
Viewers can expect to see Freddie back in action in Walford soon. The EastEnders character earlier took a little break to let Bobby shake a leg on last year’s Strictly Come Dancing. But Brazier’s already back in the swing of things, returning to film and all. He confirmed to the Daily Telegraph at the TV Choice Awards that he was back on set in late February.
However, here’s the kicker—Bobby won’t be returning to EastEnders solo. Nope, he’s bringing along Mo Harris, portrayed by Laila Morse, who’s officially reprising her role for good. We still don’t know much about the nitty-gritty of their comeback storyline. However, the showrunner Chris Clenshaw promised some juicy drama for Mo Harris. Chris said, “We are absolutely delighted to welcome back Laila Morse to the role of Mo Harris.”
He explained that the Slater family had endured a huge amount of drama while Mo was away for a short period. Additionally, Clenshaw said, “She (Mo) is thrust into the heart of the drama alongside great-grandson Freddie.” So, keep your eyes peeled for Freddie and Mo’s big return, which is slated for around this spring.
